2024 Week 10 Predictions - NC State vs Duke

Let's keep this train rolling! NC State had its best outing against a conference opponent ever vs Stanford last week. Getting a poor quality opponent from within the conference that deep into the season was just what the doctor ordered. The Wolfpack got a big boost of confidence when they needed it most. Let's hope it can recharge them for the last three games of the regular season.

Flipped from 69.5%-30.5% in the preseason. The computers are buying NC State's improvement but still don't think it'll be enough against Duke

State's run game is finding some juice, but Duke is pretty juiced up on the defensive front. I think a bad Duke offense hits some explosive plays, State is more one-dimensional than last week, and the game becomes a lower scoring contest that comes down to the final minutes.

Freshman QB gonna freshman QB. Frustrating day for Bailey while the defense can't off the field to save its life.

The Pack offense found its stride against a defense worse than quiche, and there's not a whole lot worse than quiche. Points won't be as easy to come by this week, but the Pack continues its upward trajectory and secures a bowl game.

I am going out on a very fragile limb, but I think we win a close one to become bowl eligible!

Jackson Williford

Duke is 4-1 in one score games. They're due, but they also have the best unit on the field (their defense.) The Devils' ground game should be able to do enough to eek this one out.
